Winter Pricing 2011/12

The rates are intended per person per day (minimum stay of 3-4 days) and include:

• half board treatment with vast breakfast buffet and dinner.
• use of the whirlpool and sauna

Additional price for the single room: 12-15.00€ per day

Domestic Animals:
We accept dogs and cats, 5.00 € per day.
Animals have no access to the dining room.

Reductions:

• Children up to 1 years: 10.00€
• Children up to 10 years on an extra bed: 50%
• Teenager up to 16 years on an extra bed: 20%

Reductions for groups:

• Groups ex 15 persons receive 5% discount.
• Groups ex 30 persons receive 10% discount.

Arrival and departure:

• The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and have to be made available by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
• In case of early departure or late arrival the entire period booked will charged.

Booking and deposit:

• The booking is considered firm only after receipt of a confirmatory deposit.
• The deposit requested amounts to 20% of the total price and can be paid by postal cheque or bank transfer.
• In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the booked date of arrival only 50% of the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 15 days prior to the booked date of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.

Holiday Cancellation Insurance:
Sometimes you have to cancel your holiday, for that reason we recommend you to make a cancellation Insurance.
Shouldn’t you be able to come for the reserved date or to come at all then according to EU laws you have to pay a cancellation fee.
In order to keep you free of these kind of expenses we warmly recommend you to make a Cancellation Insurance so the expenses are taken over by the European Assurance Company.
