General terms, price reductions, supplements

* In the bedroom/flat together with the parents or friends:
* children up to the age of 1 year*: €uro 10,00.- for day
* children up to the age of 10 years* 50% price reduction
* young people up to the age of 16 years* 20% price
reduction
* Additional price for the single room: Euro 10,00.-
* Domestic Animals: Euro 5,00.-
- no acess at the dinning hall.
* Groups ex 15 persons receive 5% discount.
* Groups ex 30 persons receive 10% discount.

The prices are per person and day for half board. They include VAT and local tax and are valid in case of a minimum stay of three days.

Possibility of configuration of the prices

From 01.06. to 15.07.2008 and from 15.09. to 01.11.2008 and in winter 2007 from 03.01. to 07.02.2009 - and from 24.03. to 18.04.2009 in case of reservations for
8-9-10 ecc. days, the daily price is reducing depending 025,00.- Euro on the journey, up to the 5% of the total price.
The longer the journey, the lower the prices.
In the same period, in case of a minimum journey of 7 days, we are going to pay back the costs of the Vignetta (costs for the highway in Austria) More over you receive every day a non alcoholic drink at our minibar for free. It's possible to book the rooms left at the last minute (2-14 days before the arrival), with a discount of 5-10% on the seasonal price.
And in this time/weeks you receive a reduction for the
children till 10 years 60% discount and children till 16 years 30% discount.
Children till due years pays Euro 10,00.- for day.
