General Terms of Contract according to Article 1341 ZGB (Civil Code), which are valid for agreements/contracts between the Hotel Schwarzbachhof and the guests and/or person who makes the booking:
Cancellation requirements according to Art. 1382 ZGB (Civil Code)
1. At least 30 days before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s), the hotel contract can by cancelled by the guest or the person who made the booking without a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In the case of a cancellation by the guest or the person who made the booking, during the period between the 30th day of the agreed day of arrival and the actual day of arrival, the guest is liable for payment of the following cancellation fees:
3. The cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by the hotel no later than the above named dates before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s).
4. If the booked rooms could not be let out to another person, the guest or the person who made the booking is liable to pay 80 % of the agreed total price.
5. The agreed price is the price, which was agreed for accommodation, catering and possibly other services.
6. If all booked rooms/beds cannot be let to another person, the percentage of the agreed price relates only to the agreed price and not the booked rooms/beds.
Regulation in the case of early departure of the guest
In the case that the guest(s) departs early, he/she/they is/are liable to pay the price fort he actual stay, as well as 100 % of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.
In accordance with Article 13 of Legal Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, we notify that we use the personal data of customers and suppliers, as well as other persons, who have wilfully transmitted their personal data to us (by telephone, fax or email) or whose personal data was transmitted to us by a third party or was taken from public lists. The data protection law accords the person concerned the possibility to exercise certain rights according to Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the D.Lgs. No 196. To find out the source and the reason and purpose for its use, as well as details regarding the owner and person responsible for the processing, and persons and categories of persons to whom this data may be transmitted. The person concerned has the right to confirm his data and to verify, amend and supplement, and to demand that the data be deleted, secured or converted into anonymous data, if the processing contravenes regulations. He has the right to oppose, on justified grounds, the total or partial processing of his data, as well as to
require its deletion, securing or conversion into anonymous data without justified reason if the data is being used for the purpose of commercial information, the sending of advertising material, direct selling, market research and public opinion polling.
Concrete rights may be asserted on the part of the person concerned or a person nominated by him, by means of registered letter or email to the person responsible.
